Note: Mods, 358’s & Prostocks MUST have a DIRT License.
We will not process an LVAR license for any of those divisions.
However, ALL drivers regardless of division MUST fill this form out,
(no fee required) as it serves as your registration and tax documentation,
and without it, you cannot get paid!
